Aluminum color coating line

A coating line prepares and colors aluminum coil before it becomes the upper and lower skin of a panel. Pretreatment and coating quality affect surface appearance and how well the skin bonds to the core.

High-efficiency A2 B1 ACP line

This ACP production line is built for continuous output of fire-resistant aluminum composite panels in A2 and B1 grades, with PLC-based control to keep parameters consistent between runs.

Multifunction A2 B1 3D ACP line

A multifunction line lets one factory make several panel types, including A2 non-combustible panels, B1 panels and 3D aluminum core panels, without adding a separate line for each product.

A2 grade aluminum composite panel

Finished panel samples show surface finish, edge quality and core appearance. They are useful for judging how a panel looks and feels before deciding on a production route.

Raw material for A2 non-combustible fireproof ACP

A2 fireproof panel raw materials form the mineral-based core of non-combustible panels. Consistent material and controlled moisture support stable lamination on the line.
