3D Aluminum Core Composite Panel Production Line

The finished panel is a novel lightweight, high-strength material composed of upper and lower metal face sheets (typically aluminum plates) bonded to a three-dimensional structured aluminum core layer (O-state aluminum)via a high-molecular adhesive film. Its core features include an A-grade fire resistance rating while maintaining an extremely lightweight profile, making it widely applicable in interior wall decoration, building facades (curtain walls), and other fields.
