A2 Non-combustible Fireproof Core Production Line

This production line combines inorganic powder materials in precise ratios, mixes uniformly, and bonds with non-woven fabric adhesive to form flexible core panels. The panels are then conveyed through a system for heating, roller-press shaping, and winding. The finished product achieves Class A2 fire resistance, offering high-strength fireproof performance. It is widely applied in exterior wall cladding and other decorative applications requiring stringent fire safety standards.
