A2 Non-combustible Fireproof Core Production Line

This production line combines inorganic powder materials in precise ratios, mixes uniformly, and bonds with non-woven fabric adhesive to form flexible core panels. The panels are then conveyed through a system for heating, roller-press shaping, and winding. The finished product achieves Class A2 fire resistance, offering high-strength fireproof performance. It is widely applied in exterior wall cladding and other decorative applications requiring stringent fire safety standards.

Certified by GB 8624-2012, EN 13501-1, and ASTM E84, meeting stringent fireproof requirements for high-rise building cladding, subway systems, interior decoration, and household applications. Combustion Performance: Non-combustible (Class A2-s1, d0,t0), smoke density≤50, zero' toxic fume emission, ensuring public safety.

High-Efficiency Continuous Production

Fully automated production line integrates batching- + mixing-→ forming-→hot-pressing→cooling →cutting →winding, achieving a speed of 1-3 meters/min with 40%+ higher output. Intelligent temperature control (土3°C) ensures uniform core material curing, eliminating defects like bubbles or delamination.
