This nationally invented, patent-pending production line manufactures a next-generation lightweight, high-strength composite panel. The panel consists of upper and lower metal face sheets (typically aluminum) bonded to a corrugated aluminum core layer via a high-performance polymer adhesive film or structural adhesive.

High-Efficiency Continuous Production

Fully automated production line integrates batching- + mixing-→ forming-→hot-pressing→cooling →cutting →winding, achieving a speed of 1-3 meters/min with 40%+ higher output. Intelligent temperature control (土3°C) ensures uniform core material curing, eliminating defects like bubbles or delamination.
