Printing Production Line

The line unwinds the coil, applies pre-treatment, and coats the metal surface using a primer high-precision reverse roller coater, with smart temperature control and automated airflow regulation for uniform curing. Then, after printing machine and surface high-precision reverse roller coater oating, the material undergoes drying, cooling, and final rewinding, meeting specialized surface finish requirements, including wood grain, stone grain, and other decorative patterns.
