Pretreatment Production Line

This process thoroughly cleans aluminum coils to remove organic contaminants (oil, dust, and debris) accumulated during olling, packaging, transportation, and storage.
The treatment involves: Chemical Cleaning: Acid/alkaline washing to eliminate surface impurities, effective removal of oils, particulates, and organic residues.
Drying: Complete moisture evaporation after chemical treatment
Chemical Conversion: Application of a dense oxide coating via chemical conversion equipment creates an optimized surface for paint adhesion, forming a uniform oxidation layer across the coil surface.
