The automatic filter exchanger is mainly used to maintain the purity of the extruded plastic, prevent die blockage, and ensure the surface quality of the final product (such as aluminum-plastic panel) is stable. The molten plastic passes through the first set of filter plates to filter impurities. When the filter plate is blocked and reaches the set pressure difference, the system automatically switches to the spare filter plate group. The blocked filter plate is moved out of the working position for automatic cleaning, and the cleaned filter plate is ready for the next use. The whole process does not require shutdown and continuous production. The equipment replaces the traditional filter screen with an innovative filter plate system to achieve automatic and continuous filtration, solving the shortcomings of low efficiency and large quality fluctuations of traditional manual filter replacement. The steps of manually replacing the filter screen are eliminated, which greatly saves labor, improves production efficiency, saves energy, and avoids secondary pollution such as burning the screen.
