This equipment adopts roller coating method and is designed for surface coating of metal materials such as aluminum coils and aluminum sheets. Through the precise multi-wheel coating system, high-precision control of coating thickness can be achieved to ensure uniform and flawless coating, while greatly reducing solvent consumption, improving environmental protection and production efficiency. The paint is stored in the paint tray at the bottom of the machine base, and is picked up by the paint wheel and transferred to the coating system. The coating with a predetermined coating thickness is picked up by the fixed film wheel and transferred to the surface of the aluminum sheet. Since the roller coating wheels of this equipment are all processed with high precision and multiple processes, the surface and ground of the aluminum coil can be evenly coated, which can ensure the uniform quality of the aluminum coil coating. In addition, because this equipment adopts roller coating method, in addition to reducing the solvent cost of the coating, it can reduce more than 30% of solvent volatilization compared with spraying, reduce VOCs emissions, and improve work efficiency and operation safety. The precision rollers for painting have undergone multiple processing procedures such as precision grinding, sandblasting, and hard chrome plating. Under strict control, the accuracy value is within ±0.005mm.
The equipment is driven by a motor and equipped with a synchronizer to operate synchronously with the fixed speed drive roller group. Each painting roller is equipped with a precision fine-tuning transmission, which can adjust the speed of each roller according to various paint characteristics and film layers. The closed paint circulation system reduces manual contact with solvents and improves work safety.

A project engineer comparing two offers for a 2,600 mm cast film line recently found a price gap large enough to buy a small extruder, even though both lines promised the same output and the same roll stack. The real difference sat in the cast film extrusion die type quoted in e...
