Coil Tilter

The coil tilter is an efficient and flexible material turning device. This machine can adapt to the requirements of goods of different specifications and achieve the purpose of converting horizontal to vertical or vertical to horizontal. The equipment ensures the stability and safety of goods during the turning process through a stable mechanical structure and a precise control system, greatly improves logistics efficiency, reduces the risk of manual handling, and is suitable for warehousing, manufacturing, packaging and other industries. The coil enters the coil tilter through the conveyor line, and the position is detected and fixed by the sensor.
According to the set mode (horizontal → vertical or vertical → horizontal), the flip mechanism rotates smoothly to the target angle. After the conversion is completed, the coil is automatically transported to the next process or storage position. The free conversion between horizontal and vertical directions solves the problem of space limitation of the production line, improves space utilization, and helps enterprises achieve efficient and safe material management.
