Uncoiler adopts precise automatic tension control system for unwinding and rewinding equipment designed for metal coil (aluminum coil, copper coil, steel coil, etc.) processing production line. The equipment adopts automatic tension control system to ensure constant tension of coil during unwinding and rewinding, effectively solving the common problems of material stretching deformation and edge wrinkling in traditional equipment, greatly improving production efficiency and product quality. The coil is automatically loaded through the hydraulic loading device, and the braking/driving torque is automatically adjusted according to the preset parameters. The guide roller system ensures the smooth transportation of the material, and automatically calculates the optimal winding tension curve during rewinding. It realizes the tension control in the process of metal coil processing, solves the problem of material deformation that is difficult to overcome in traditional equipment, and improves the automation level and product quality of the production line.
