B1 grade fireproof core coil is a high-performance core material designed for building decoration composite materials, made by special formula and advanced technology. This product has fireproof performance, good processing adaptability and stable physical properties, and is widely used in fireproof aluminum-plastic panels, decorative composite panels and other fields. B1 core coil uses composite flame retardant, has fireproof performance, can be composited with a variety of metal substrates, can adapt to a variety of composite processes such as hot pressing and cold pressing, and achieves a combination of fireproof performance and processing performance.

1. Excellent flame retardant performance (B1 grade)
Standard certification: It complies with the B1 grade (flammable material) in the national standard GB 8624-2012 "Classification of Combustion Performance of Building Materials and Products". It can effectively inhibit the spread of flames when encountering fire and extinguish itself when away from the fire.

Flame retardant mechanism: By adding inorganic flame retardants (such as aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide) or modified polymer layers, the high temperature resistance and flame retardancy of the core material are improved.

2. Lightweight and high strength, stable structure
Multi-layer composite structure: usually composed of aluminum foil (outer layer) + flame retardant core material (polyethylene PE or special polymer) + protective layer, it has both the strength of metal and the flexibility of plastic.

Light weight: lighter than pure metal sheets, reducing building load, easy to transport and install. 3. Environmental protection and safety
Low smoke and low toxicity: less smoke production and low toxic gas release during combustion, in line with green building requirements.

Recyclable: Aluminum and some plastics can be separated and recycled to reduce environmental burden.
