A2 non-combustible granules are an innovative fireproof material raw material, which is made into a granular material that can be directly extruded through a special formula and process. This product has changed the production method of traditional A2 fireproof core materials. It uses advanced extrusion technology to directly process granular materials into fireproof core materials, and composites them with metal coils to make A2 fireproof composite panels. Compared with traditional core material coiling processes, it has the advantages of zero water absorption, recyclability, and high efficiency. It solves the problem of decreased peel strength caused by water absorption, improves production efficiency and sustainability, and provides new possibilities for the development of fireproof composite materials.
