Offline Crusher is an environmentally friendly equipment developed for the recycling of waste panels (aluminum-plastic panels, PVC panels, PE panels, etc.). The equipment processes various types of waste panels into uniform pellets through strong crushing, realizes resource recycling, effectively solves the problem of waste panel processing, and greatly reduces production costs. It is an important supporting equipment for panel manufacturers to achieve green manufacturing. Waste panels are fed into the feed port through a conveyor belt or manually, and the pre-pressing roller performs preliminary crushing of large-sized waste materials. The screen is graded and filtered, and qualified particles enter the collection bin. The finished particles are automatically packaged or transported to the recycling production line. The pellets can be directly used for recycling production, realizing the efficient recycling of waste panel resources.
