The oil heating machine stably provides the process temperature required by the hot pressing roller through the heating control system. The system adopts advanced PID control technology, and the temperature control accuracy can reach ±1℃. It is the core temperature control equipment of composite material production lines such as aluminum-plastic panels and decorative panels. After the heat transfer oil is heated to the set temperature in the heater, it is transported to the internal oil circuit of the hot pressing roller through the circulation pump. The oil after heat exchange returns to the heating system for reheating. The control system adjusts the heating power in real time to maintain temperature stability. The expansion tank compensates for the change in oil volume and keeps the system pressure stable.
