B1 flame-retardant aluminum-plastic panel is a building decoration material with both fire safety and decorative functions. Its core layer is made of flame-retardant modified materials, which meets the B1 (flame-retardant grade) standard of GB 8624-2012 "Classification of Combustion Performance of Building Materials and Products", and is suitable for buildings with certain requirements for fire resistance. 1. Excellent flame retardant performance (B1 grade)
Flame-retardant material: It can effectively suppress the spread of flames when encountering fire, and extinguish itself when away from the fire, reducing the risk of fire.

Low smoke and low toxicity (some products): The panels using halogen-free flame retardants (such as aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide) produce less smoke and low toxic gas release when burning, which meets environmental protection requirements.

No molten droplets (some products): No molten droplets are produced at high temperatures to avoid secondary ignition.

2. Lightweight and high strength, stable structure
Light weight: lighter than traditional curtain wall materials such as stone and metal, reducing building loads and facilitating transportation and installation.

High strength: The aluminum surface layer (0.1~0.5mm thick) is compounded with the flame-retardant plastic core layer, which has both the rigidity of metal and the toughness of plastic, and is impact-resistant and bending-resistant.

3. Weather resistance and durability
Corrosion resistance: The surface is coated with fluorocarbon (PVDF) or polyester, which is UV-resistant, acid-resistant and alkali-resistant, and suitable for outdoor environments.

Wide temperature adaptability: The performance is stable in the range of -50℃~80℃, and it is not easy to deform or crack.

Long service life: High-quality products can be used for 15~25 years under normal conditions.

Partially recyclable: The aluminum layer can be recycled, which is in line with the trend of green buildings.

Low VOC: It meets the environmental protection standards for indoor decoration materials (such as GB 18585).
