B1 Flame-retardant Granules

B1 flame-retardant granules are a kind of plastic granule raw material modified by special flame retardant. The product is made of advanced flame retardant formula and processing technology. It can be directly used for extrusion, injection molding and other processing methods to produce various fire-resistant plastic products. It is widely used in construction, electronics, transportation and other fields. No toxic gas is released during combustion, suitable for injection molding, extrusion and other molding processes, and has anti-melting droplet performance.

1. High flame retardancy (B1 grade standard)
Comply with GB 8624-2012: reach B1 grade (flammable material), delay the spread of flames when encountering fire, extinguish the flames when away from the fire, and reduce the risk of fire.

Flame retardant technology: by adding halogen-free flame retardants (such as aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide), high-efficiency flame retardancy and low smoke and low toxicity are achieved.

2. Thermal stability and high temperature resistance
High decomposition temperature: flame retardant particles are not easy to decompose at high temperatures, and the core layer structure stability is maintained (usually temperature resistance is above 150°C).

Inhibit molten droplets: the modified plastic particles are not easy to produce molten droplets when burning, avoiding secondary ignition.

3. Environmental protection and safety
Low smoke and low toxicity: halogen-free flame retardant system (such as Al(OH)₃/Mg(OH)₂) is preferred, and the amount of smoke and toxic gases (such as CO, HCN) released during combustion is small.

4. Processing adaptability
Strong compatibility: Suitable for substrates such as polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP), and can be compounded with aluminum layers through processes such as extrusion and calendering.

Good fluidity: Uniform particle size and moderate melt index (MI) ensure leveling and molding efficiency during production.

5. Optimization of physical properties
Mechanical strength: Flame retardant is evenly dispersed to avoid excessive reduction of impact resistance and flexibility of the core layer.

6. Application scenarios
Aluminum-plastic board core material: used to manufacture fire-proof curtain walls, interior partitions, transportation hub decorative panels and other B1-level flame retardant demand scenarios.
